Our fabrication and manufacturing process begins September 1st, and has for the past 26 seasons. Advance orders are brisk at this time of year – We only have storage for 50 lifts to be ready for next year.
We have three different times throughout the year in which we manufacture, fabricate, and install Leisure Boat Lift. Installation and service calls takes place during the warm summer months; along with minimal work in sand-blasting and epoxy coating. Those 2 processes take place in the spring, when the temperature is above 10 degrees celsius over night. Manufacturing like cutting, welding, and forming take place during the cold winter months when not much else can be done outside.
